| Accessibility: Located within minutes of downtown Portland, PDX International Airport and Vancouver WA, Heron Lakes is the premier venue for hosting golf tournaments and outings in the Portland area. Our facility features two golf courses (36 holes), double that of most area golf properties. With two different courses available, this allows groups to choose the course that best fits the schedules and ability levels of their players. This also makes it possible for larger events to host up to 288 players simultaneously* (see 2023 event updates below). | |

| Quality: Heron Lakes features two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by one of the most acclaimed architects in the golf industry, Robert Trent Jones Jr. Both of our courses are perpetually rated in Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" and have also been ranked in GolfWorld Magazine's "Reader's Choice Top 50 Public Golf Courses." Our practice facility includes an all-grass driving range, an expansive putting green and chipping area. The clubhouse features a covered deck that can comfortably seat up to 100+ individuals. For larger events, we also offer the ability to rent a large banquet tent which can seat upwards to 300 individuals (see photos above). Heron Lakes also offers full-service food and bevarge packages to accomodate all of your needs, with everything from on-course beverage carts, to boxed lunches and post-event awards banquets. | |

Service: When you host an event at Heron Lakes, you get much more than just the use of a golf course. Our dedicated staff will assist you from start to finish. On the day of your event you will receive the full attention of the entire operations staff who will strive to make your event a success. We host hundreds of events every year, ranging from 16 player bachelor parties, to 40 player company outings, to 288 player fundraising tournaments and everything in between. Regardless of the type and size of your event, we will provide you with an experience that will exceed your highest expectations. Our professional staff will assist you with every aspect of your event, from the initial booking phase all the way through the planning and execution phases. *2023 Events Information & Updates Due to a high volume of daily play, combined with lingering unknowns of pandemic-related group gathering restrictions, Heron Lakes is currently not hosting "shotgun" tournaments for the 2023 golf season. However, golf events (large or small) who wish to utilize a "tee time" format are able to be booked, pending availability. Please inquire about booking your golf outing by contacting us today!
