NOTES:
1. Jason Basile is now officially a teaching pro - Congratulations Jason! Sign up now for a lesson and knock the rust off your game for summer. Jason is also playing a full schedule of pro-ams and is looking for partners, let him know if you are interested in playing.
2. Jack Young came to the 4/4 board meeting with the management group that will be taking over the Clubhouse/Cart/Range concession until the end of the current contract 10/31/07. Updates to follow.
3. One immediate change as a result of the new management - a 50" flat screen TV, come out and watch The Masters this weekend. Also, look out for a big SALE at the Pro-shop that will probably start in the next week.
4. Handicaps will be updated April 6th.
5. First tee times will begin at 7am starting tomorrow, Saturday, April 7th.

APRIL TOURNAMENT - 2-MAN STABLEFORD

Rules of Play - Each player will complete every hole. One gross score and one net score will count on each hole. Points will be added together to obtain a team score. No more than a 5 stroke handicap differential between partners. Scoring will be a straight Stableford format. Fixed score will be a bogey. Scoring will be as follows:

0 points - 2+ over fixed score - Triple bogey (or worse...ouch)
1 point - 1 over fixed score - double bogey
2 points - fixed score - bogey
3 points - 1 under fixed score - par
4 points - 2 under fixed score - birdie
5 points - 3 under fixed score - eagle
6 points - 4 under fixed score - albatross
7 points - 5 under fixed score - might be getting a little greedy here...

Teams will be flighted according to combined handicaps. Strokes will be taken where they lie on the scorecard. Remember...one gross score and one net score per hole. Have fun.
