DAYS PLAY
Call Heron Lakes Golf Course voicemail system to sign-up. Check-in with the team captain when you arrive at the course.  Team captains will make the pairings and collect the Day's Play fee (typically $3). Pay green fees in the Pro Shop and check-in with the starter.

Tuesday:  503-289-1818 x36 by Sunday, 6:00pm.  Tee times are available after noon on Monday. Call the voice mail number to hear tee times. Click here to view the team schedule for Tuesday .

Saturday:  503-289-1818 x31 by Thursday, 6:00pm.  Tee times are available after noon on Friday. Call the voice mail number to hear tee times. Click here to view the team schedule for Saturday.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time. If you need to cancel your tee time you must call and leave a message on the voicemail at least one hour prior to the first tee time for that day.

Tournament fees are included in your membership dues. 

RINGER TOURNAMENT
During the season log your lowest score on each hole in the 'ringer' binder (on rounds played during club play).  At the end of the season, awards are distributed based on scores.  This tournament is flighted (entire field divided into 3 flights based on handicap).

SCORECARDS
Players trade scorecards with the members in their group.  After play, check and attest your score.  Post your adjusted score on the course computer.  Mark your scorecard as "posted", circle the adjusted score and leave your card in the basket in the ladies restroom.

ANNUAL AWARDS LUNCHEON
At the end of the season don't miss the luncheon and annual meeting where officers are elected for the next season, club business discussed, tournament awards & raffle prizes distributed.
